Are you passionate about hospitality, great service and creating an experience where every detail feels right? Do you keep a clear overview during a busy service, know how to coordinate a team and stay calm when things don’t go according to plan?

At Tribune, you’ll take on a key role in the daily operation of the restaurant. Together with the team, you’ll guide each service from the first welcome to the final bill, making sure the pace, atmosphere and quality are always on point. You’re comfortable stepping in wherever needed, from the floor to the bar or wine service.

Beyond service, you’ll keep an eye on everything that makes the restaurant run smoothly: reservations, guest relations, menus, stock, the till and daily back-office follow-up. You’ll work closely with our kitchen team, sommelier and your fellow dedicated colleagues.

We’re looking for someone with solid hospitality experience, strong organisational skills and a natural eye for detail. Someone who is guest-focused, solution-oriented and confident under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential, preferably in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.

This is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with no weekends. You’ll join a young and dynamic team, with plenty of room to develop your skills, take on responsibility and grow within Tribune.
